Energy bomb food delight:

Wheat dry fruits ladoo is a traditional winter  delicacy comprising roasted wheat flour blended with an assortment of dry fruits. Shaped into small, flavorful balls, this wholesome treat not only satisfies the taste buds but also serves as an energy bomb snack to ward off the chill, making it a popular choice during harsh winters.Let’s make winter nutritional snacks together.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of atta wheat flour
  • 1⁄2 cup of Desi ghee
  • 1⁄2 cup of grated jaggery gur or the sweetness you prefer
  • 1⁄2 cup coarsely crushed Nuts
  • 1⁄4 cup of cardamom elaichi powder
  • Directions:

        • First of all, roast the wheat flour for about 5 to 8 min in a non-stick pan
        • Add melted Desi ghee in it and cook for 3 minutes.
        • Transfer this paste into the plate and add jaggery.
        • Add nuts mixture and mix it well with hands or spoons.
        • Allow the mixture to cool ( Luke warm) and make equal size balls.you may also grease your hands while making balls to give them a nice texture and shape.
        • Now store them in an airtight jar.
